The process could not be easier.  If you are not exactly sure what is wrong with your PDA or iPod, simply create a diagnostic work order and send it in for one of our techs to take a look.  There is never a diagnostic fee - if the repair ends up being more than you want to spend, you only owe us for return shipping.
