Similar to the ballast in a traditional florescent light fixture, this drop-in board provides power for the H38xx's LCD light tube. The 38xx Inverter board requires no soldering to install. This part causes many of the backlight problems with the H38xx (flickering, backlight out, intermittent backlight)
